Hillclimb races in Steckborn-Switzerland- from 1955 to 1962. Since 2007 is Steckborn organizing a Hillclimb Race again under ”The Memorial Race Steckborn”.

At the right Joachim Winkelhock, the German race driver. He drove Formula 3 and Formula 1 for the french AGS Team. In 1991, 1992 he won the 24 hours of Nuerburgring and in 1999 he won the 24 hours of LeMans.Today he is coach and Opel representative. At the race he drove the Opel Ascona with 400HP.

Right: Bruno Kneubuehler a former Grand Prix motorcycle racer who was active in 1972 until 1989. He won 5 GrandPrix races and drove against Agostini and Mick Doohan.
