Mercedes Benz 123 200d engines

1. engine 2.0 /8  Diesel, bought 1984 for 1000,-DM, Engine runs silent and startsals at low temperatures good. September 1989 oilchange with  filter. Injection system changed. Motor cleaned at 9.September 1999 and at 12. Sept.1999 repainted with black colour. Engine proofed and serviced to build  in.Alternator clutch cleaned, Valves adjusted 10x40, Plugs cleaned, Dieselfilter cleaned, Aluminium parts cleaned, Again painted with black colour several parts. standgasblock  renewed, working hours in 1999= 18 hours

2. engine 200d/8 , bought December 1989,Motor runs silent,starts good at cold weather,typ motor 615913, has approx 35000km, clutch 0.9mm cleaned, oiled.injection pump-oil new, diesel filter cleaned, valves adjusted  15x 35, from 1990until may 1998 built in a230d. Motor ready 18.7.1998. Again  Motor cleaned and clutch cleaned, Alternator cleaned, work time 10 hours

3. 200d engine 24.9.1999, motor cleaned and alumin polished, proofed, clutch and flywheel cleaned from rust, oiled, work time 8 hours

4. 200d, engine was overhauled with new parts, 20 years in a garage and every quarter of year was the flywheel turned, oil put on every piston approx 100 cm3,new injection pump , built at 24.11.88 in a 200d. 28330 km  until Sept 2001,Motor is very good,  Sept 01 oil changed , filter cleaned,  valves adjusted 15/40 in Sept.2001, Also waterpump with oil filled, work time 25 hours, ready to build in.

5. 240d /8 engine 616 016 060, bought for 1000,-DM at August 1989, engine cleaned, valves adjusted 15x35,  filter cleaned, oilfilter must be changed,

6. 220d /8 engine, has approx 116000km,  is sold
